I found it very interesting how art can even become routine. I feel like a stereotype of art is that it is not associated with pattern in everyday life. Everyday Chris Ofili wakes up and paints a new watercolor portrait. I think that this is wonderful. I would never have the patience or feel like I even had the time to do this. Maybe if I wasn't a foundation student....
This article inspired me to attempt to keep up with a personal journal or diary. To try and document my everyday.
The end result is a beautiful thing.
